Temporalities and Subjectivities of Crossing

“Temporalities and Subjectivities of Crossing” is a collaboration between researchers at the University of Oslo, Dalarna University, the University of Jyväskylä and the University of Eastern Finland, which also work together in knowledge exchange with Sivuvalo/NolitchX.

The first workshop, “Identifying the narrative temporalities involved in different types of public discourse”, took place on 10.6-11.6.2019 at Joensuu, Finland, with the participations of poets Polina Kopylova and Roxana Crisólogo, both members of Sivuvalo.

The project, an initiative of the Migration, Borders and Identity research group at the University of Oslo, is a collaboration between researchers at the University of Oslo, Dalarna University, the University of Jyväskylä and the University of Eastern Finland, and also works together in knowledge exchange with organisations for migrant authors and artists such as Sivuvalo Platform in Finland and the Nordic network NolitchX.
